COACHING SESSIONS

One on One coaching and Multiple sessions can be packaged with discounted pricing.

Coaching sessions can vary depending on what you want to accomplish.  I recommend committing to at least 4 sessions and we will  focus on goals you want to achieve over that time period, examples could be:

  • Weight control and how to sustain to the weight you want to be at

  • Movement and exercise becoming part of your daily and weekly routine

  • Mindfulness becoming every part of your day, helping to improve how you reduce stress

  • How to navigate careers, new to working world or experienced 

These are just examples of topics.   The work to be done is your commitment, it is not easy, but if you commit to yourself, I will guide you to achieve your goals.

GROUP AND TEAM SESSIONS

Grow together where we can work with a team or work group  to find solutions to  needs, goals and challenges.

Sessions can be in person or virtual.  Examples for teams and groups are:

  • Norm setting for team or group creating the culture and environment  all want to work in

  • Yoga and meditation for mindfulness as a group

  • Objective facilitation to improve group dynamics
